Tasneem is a Global PhD Fellow in Chemistry at New York University Abu Dhabi, where she is studying radical-free hyperpolarized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). She is optimizing new electron polarizing agents (EPAs) for dissolution dynamic nuclear polarization (dDNP) MRI to simplify and improve the radical-free hyperpolarized MRI throughput. Prior to joining NYUAD, Tasneem earned her Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Barnard College of Columbia University, New York, in 2021, and her Master of Public Health in environmental health sciences from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, New York, in 2022.
